Our ego is nothing more than the point where our thoughts, feelings, desires, and emotions intersect. (Search for the meaning.)

It is paramount not to repress fear, hopelessness, anger, or sadness for if you do, you simply grant it a bit of grace, a respite, only to see it rear its ugly head when you are most vulnerable.

Befriend your emotions, acknowledge their presence but do not own them, don’t give your power away.

They are a part of the body; but they are NOT you!

The intent is to keep all reactions to emotional stresses neutral.

When someone insults you, regardless of its initial sting, do not submit to ego drama; remain calm and indifferent.

Take a deep breath, align with your Higher Self, and repeat; “choose for me”.

Learn to accept feelings, admit their presents in the moment but do not allow them to possess your mind.  Accept them for what they are; a delusionary moment and then let them go!

This path leads the mind to a point in time when fixation on thoughts or feelings not only are canceled, but replaced with tremendous peace, a taste of heaven.

 Dear Souls;

View feelings like the cloud that moves across the blue sky; it may momentarily darken the sky, but it does not stay.🙏🥰

About Me and Art

Jeanette lived an ordinary life with a simple beginning. Growing up on a farm, a young mind found solace, contentment, entertainment, and adventure creating imaginary worlds along with all that was essential to give them life.

Her aloneness was a potent seed implanted into a receptive creative mind. It was the medium that provided a unique ability to visualize possibilities and potentialities in all things, merely waiting to be lovingly manipulated, molded, shaped,  and fashioned into form.

Her aspiration for perfection was influenced by an intense desire to exemplify the seven virtues of creation: faith, trust, patience, kindness, purity, humility, and perfect love of Oneness.
