You think you are the home of evil, darkness and sin. You think if anyone could see the truth about you he would be repelled, recoiling from you as if from a poisonous snake.

ACIM W.p1.93.1:1-3

“Light and joy and peace abide in me.” (W-93)

Often, out of the blue, the mind is bombarded by haunting thoughts of times it was mean and hurtful, resentful, and hateful.

Personal thoughts of regret, wishing I had been more of a loving and understanding daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend.

Unconscious self-hatred demoralizes, overwhelms the mind desiring self-punishment, an escape, drugs, alcohol, or risky behavior.

A complete breakdown of moral strength makes it difficult to forgive oneself, to change, to look at things differently.

Taking ownership, personal responsibility, loving one self and others promising to do better can be so liberating.

Embrace an understanding of a simple truth that the mind simply didn’t know any better.

Question the negativity that flows through the mind; the evil that you think you did was never done, it is not real, an illusion; thus meaningless.

Imagine the joy of releasing the heavy burden of a ridiculous belief in “sin”.

Engage the help of the Holy Spirit in removing blocks to the awareness of love’s presence.

The mind, fearful of awakening, believes that leaving this reality (a fantasy, dream, and an illusion) means death to what it thought it was.

It is a promised death to the ego self (an imagined being); while the true Self awakens embracing intrinsic eternal life.

“The self you made is not the Son of God.

Therefore, this self does not exist at all.

And anything it seems to do and think means nothing.

It is neither bad nor good.

It is unreal and nothing more than that.

It does not battle with the Son of God. It does not hurt him, nor attack his peace.

It has not changed creation, nor reduced eternal sinlessness to sin, and love to hate.

What power can this self you made possess, when it would contradict the Will of God?”

(5:1-9)

Negative thoughts do not represent the Creator’s will.

You - the true Self, are and will continue to be eternally pure Love!

Precious Souls;

Repeat this affirmation:

“Light and joy and peace abide in me.

My sinlessness is guaranteed by God.”

🥰🙏

About Me and Art

Jeanette lived an ordinary life with a simple beginning. Growing up on a farm, a young mind found solace, contentment, entertainment, and adventure creating imaginary worlds along with all that was essential to give them life.

Her aloneness was a potent seed implanted into a receptive creative mind. It was the medium that provided a unique ability to visualize possibilities and potentialities in all things, merely waiting to be lovingly manipulated, molded, shaped,  and fashioned into form.

Her aspiration for perfection was influenced by an intense desire to exemplify the seven virtues of creation: faith, trust, patience, kindness, purity, humility, and perfect love of Oneness.
