In honesty, is it not harder for you to say "I love "than "I hate"?

You associate love with weakness and hatred with strength, and your own real power seems to you as your real weakness.

ACIM T-13.III.3:1-2

In this reality, love is looked upon as a liability, while hate and attack represent power and respect.

This belief system is programmed into the mind early in life, embedded on a playground, witnessed daily played out on the world stage.

Kind loving souls are looked upon as spineless, spiritless, and often mocked.  Angry hate-filled beings are given respect, rewarded and cheered by followers who augment their self-image through association.

Ego's reality must feel very threatened by the Holy Spirit,  for it seems to have a need to "shut out" God.

This, however, is not God's will; therefore, will never happen!

The ego conditions us to believe that we are completely vulnerable in the presence of God. Perhaps, because His Love is so powerful it would quickly marginalize the ego mind, reducing it into "nothingness" from where it came.

"For you could not control your joyous response to the call of love if you heard it, and the whole world you thought you made would vanish." (3:4)

Deep within our mind is an unconscious knowing that equating magnitude with rebelliousness and attack with greatness is far from being a righteous thought.

Like a soon to be disciplined child, there is fear that God's loving kindness will lure us away from the body/personality/pretend reality, bringing it to an end.

"You think you have made a world God would destroy; and by loving Him which you do, you would throw this world away, which you would". (4:3)

Thus, you have used ego's insane reality to hide love and  because ego knows that the deeper you go into the extreme darkness of its belief system, the closer you come to the Love that is hidden there.

This is terrifying for it would surely mean death to your imagined self.

"And it is this that frightens you" (4:5)

Spiritual beings are actively breaking down all  barriers that prevent the flow of God's love; however, no-thing can stop it!

Dear Souls: let us use our lethal weapon "Unconditional Love", to destroy darkness, once and for all!🙏💖💖

About Me and Art

Jeanette lived an ordinary life with a simple beginning. Growing up on a farm, a young mind found solace, contentment, entertainment, and adventure creating imaginary worlds along with all that was essential to give them life.

Her aloneness was a potent seed implanted into a receptive creative mind. It was the medium that provided a unique ability to visualize possibilities and potentialities in all things, merely waiting to be lovingly manipulated, molded, shaped,  and fashioned into form.

Her aspiration for perfection was influenced by an intense desire to exemplify the seven virtues of creation: faith, trust, patience, kindness, purity, humility, and perfect love of Oneness.
