To be born again is to let the past go, and look without condemnation upon the present. ACIM.T13.VI.3:5

Time can be used to either release the past's hold on you, or reinforce the chains that bind you to this reality.

Be careful not to be tricked into using past experiences to shape your future.

Projecting them into your daily life imprisons the mind in a loop of guilt and despair, giving them continuous life.

Collectively we are all One Christ Mind, created perfect, guiltless, and invulnerable.

Darkness cannot obscure Christ, for He stands in pure celestial light revealing the true Self in everyone we meet.

Dark clouds that concealed God's Son have long dissipated, they are no longer present nor welcome.

If, however, you continue to see them; then you must have chosen to not let go of them."The Christ as revealed to you now has no past, He is changeless, and in His changelessness lies your release." (3:2)

Reliving the past in the present robs the mind of the miracle of pure vision, light of truth, an ability to clearly see the pure and changeless Christ in everyone standing before you, enabling the mind 'to be born again' as the true Self.

"Jesus answered and said unto him: Verily, verily, I say unto thee: 'Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God'." (John 3:3

)Before entering into the Kingdom of God, we must die to all false beliefs; enabling the mind to recall its true nature, divine and eternal, awakening the aliveness of the Soul, a rebirth!

Be freed from the past; envision everyone as innocent and perfect; "Children of God”!

I(Jesus) have said you have but two emotions, love and fear.

One is changeless but continually exchanged, being offered by the eternal to the eternal.

ACIM T.13.V.1:1-2

Love increases, expanding in all directions when shared, never changing.

Fear has many facets; it is created out of sights and sounds only known to an individual mind. 

"They are made of sights that are not seen, and sounds that are not heard" (1:6)

These are private hells, for no one else can possibly associate with a reality filled with fearful phantoms from our own past.

No one can truly perceive this reality, nor could anyone join in our experience.  

We only relate to a private hell populated with personal inner demons.

 It is difficult to comprehend that no one else can truly know our nightmare, a secret world, existing only in the mind that imagines it.

 "Therefore, he does not see he made them, and that they are not whole. For these figures have no witnesses being perceived in one separate mind only." ( 2:4)

Because these realities do not include reactions of others, they are biased, incomplete, and impossible to share or be fully understood by anyone else.

 However, they all do have one thing in common; they exist entirely in the mind.

You have but two emotions, yet in your private world you react to each of them as though it were the other.

For love cannot abide in a world apart, where when it comes it is not recognized. ACIM T-13.V.5:1-2  

When we look upon others and feel rage and hatred, it's because we are looking through the darkness of our own self-loathing, projecting self-hatred onto their being, masking who they really are.

Ordinarily one would be drawn toward what is loved and run away from what is feared.

It appears; however, that we respond with fear toward love, cowering away from it because we fail to recognize the innate essence of our true being which is pure love.   

In a convoluted way, our attraction to fear draws it to ourselves as though it was love. 

Our personal realities are overflowing with frightful thoughts, beliefs, and images, all the while blindly missing the love that others generously extend to us.

 "You see what is not there, and you hear what makes no sound" (6:1)

We assign opposite attributes and meanings to emotions than their true values while communicating with illusions of ourselves, finding ourselves completely isolated and alone.

 In our delusional state wounded fractured parts of the one mind are seen everywhere, entirely missing the hidden real world where only love and peace exists, obscured beneath our dark thoughts.

If we could see through the illusions of this reality, we would clearly see that the mind has withdrawn into insanity.

"God calls you and you do not hear, for you are preoccupied with your own voice. And the vision of Christ is not in your sight, for you look upon yourself alone. (6:6-7)

Loving Beings:

Wake up from this nightmare! 

We are mistaken, we are not alone nor broken. NO-THING HAPPENED!

Collectively we remain One at Home with the Creator.
