You think you must obey the “laws” of medicine, of economics and of health. Protect the body, and you will be saved. ACIM W.p1.76.4:2-4

“The body’s suffering is a mask the mind holds up to hide what really suffers.” (5:4)

The ego mind is its own worst enemy, rather than facing a self-made hell, a choice is made to remain oblivious and complacent to the real problem lying deep in the mind.

Lacking mental courage to face and deal with lingering disharmony, an unconscious choice is made to project this misery into the body, attacking itself, unconsciously wanting to die.

Lack of self-love lays the foundation for reinforcing separation, specialness, attracting love and sympathy from others.

This reality shackles minds to repeating lives controlled by insane beliefs, rules, and laws that are meaningless.

It’s the ego mind working diligently to continue obscuring truth that would lead us out of this illusionary world to awakening to the real reality, sustaining the life of this horrible reality.

As long as there is a belief in a reality of separation and bodies, the mind will remain unhealed, chained to a life of misery, going nowhere.

“Dismiss all foolish magical beliefs today, and hold your mind in silent readiness to hear the Voice that speaks the truth to you.

You will be listening to One Who says there is no loss under the laws of God.” (9:2-3)

“About the Love your Father has for you.

About the endless joy He offers you.

About His yearning for His only Son, created as His channel for creation; denied to Him by his belief in hell.” (10:4-6)

“I am under no laws but God’s” (lesson 76)

Precious Companions: “Think of the freedom in the recognition that you are not bound by all the strange and twisted laws you have set up to save you.” (3:1) 🙏💖

@ Healing Grief & Life’s Emotional Pain – A Journey to Enlightenment

It is paramount not to repress fear, hopelessness, anger, or sadness for if you do, you simply grant it a bit of grace, a respite, only to see it rear its ugly head when you are most vulnerable.

Befriend your emotions, acknowledge their presence but do not own them, don’t give your power away.

They are a part of the body; but they are NOT you!

The intent is to keep all reactions to emotional stresses neutral.

When someone insults you, regardless of its initial sting, do not submit to ego drama; remain calm and indifferent.

Take a deep breath, align with your Higher Self, and repeat; “choose for me”.

Learn to accept feelings, admit their presents in the moment but do not allow them to possess your mind.  Accept them for what they are; a delusionary moment and then let them go!

This path leads the mind to a point in time when fixation on thoughts or feelings not only are canceled, but replaced with tremendous peace, a taste of heaven.

 Dear Souls;

View feelings like the cloud that moves across the blue sky; it may momentarily darken the sky, but it does not stay.🙏🥰

As a result, they witness to the ego in your perception, and seem to provide reasons for not letting it go.

ACIM T-15.II.4:1-2

You do not realize how much you have misused your brothers by seeing them as sources of ego support. As a result, they witness to the ego in your perception, and seem to provide reasons for not letting it go.

It is important to recognize mental games played daily and the harm they cause others and the self.  Whether it is a gnawing worry, a bad day, exhaustion, or repressed guilt, it doesn’t take much to trigger an attack on anything or anyone in the wrong place at the wrong time, the handiest scapegoat.

This behavior is driven by an unconscious desire to be special, seeking attention, and/or self-punishment. It doesn’t matter whether it is good or bad, as long as attention is on ego.

Why is it so difficult to take ownership for bad behavior?

The problem is never outside the mind, it is within.

By understanding that by choosing to attack another; we willingly jeopardize any likelihood of a harmonious life.

When a disparaged mind finally chooses to submit to divine guidance, layers of guilt are removed, no longer supporting ego’s weaknesses.

By choosing love and forgiveness, life dramatically changes in a holy instant.

 “How long is an instant?

As long as it takes to re-establish perfect sanity, perfect peace, and perfect love for everyone, for God, and for yourself.

As long as it takes to remember immortality and your immortal creations,(others in your life) who share it with you.

As Long as it takes to exchange hell for Heaven.

Long enough to transcend all of the ego’s making and ascend unto your Father.” (I.14:1-5)

“In the holy instant, in which you see yourself as bright with freedom, you will remember God.

For remembering Him is to remember freedom.” ( I.10:7-8)

Lovely Souls;

Choose - Freedom!

About Me and Art

Jeanette lived an ordinary life with a simple beginning. Growing up on a farm, a young mind found solace, contentment, entertainment, and adventure creating imaginary worlds along with all that was essential to give them life.

Her aloneness was a potent seed implanted into a receptive creative mind. It was the medium that provided a unique ability to visualize possibilities and potentialities in all things, merely waiting to be lovingly manipulated, molded, shaped,  and fashioned into form.

Her aspiration for perfection was influenced by an intense desire to exemplify the seven virtues of creation: faith, trust, patience, kindness, purity, humility, and perfect love of Oneness.
